| After a rigorous nine month certification process, Jack Key Auto Transport's Quality System was certified as ISO 9002 compliant. Most companies who undertake the certification process commonly take one to two years to achieve certification, however this time was reduced due to our hiring a full time quality control person and having a commitment from management to making sure all the principles and processes were quickly put into action and thoroughly explained to every employee. Our Quality Control representative, Mr. Jason Key has done a fine job preparing our Quality System and making the necessary adjustments during this certification period. |

| The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000 program is a set of standards established to certify and manage a company's quality system. Once a company's quality system has been certified, it is continuously monitored internally by a team of trained personnel, and audited semiannually by a third party accredited registrar to ensure the integrity of the system.
